30-Day Returns
We have a 30 day returns policy. As we want to give you time to work out if it suits you, you can return a used altimeter, as long as the altimeter itself is undamaged.
If it is, contact us anyway and we may be able to offer a reduced refund if we can salvage parts.
The wrist band may be stretched/damaged, and it will not affect your return.
Replacements are also offered within the 30 day window, for any altimeter which has an issue which is our fault.
Products purchased from our distributors will be subject to the return policy of the particular seller and country they are purchased in, and you should contact them rather than us.
Altimeter repairs and servicing
Our lead time for completing repairs during the summer is 2 MONTHS. This is because it’s our busiest period. We understand it is also your busiest skydiving season, and regret any inconvenience caused.
For this reason, we highly recommend checking your unit and sending it for repair in the off season (in the UK, this is October – March) if you possibly can.
Always contact us before sending – we need to know what’s up, and we may be able to help you from afar.
We will repair or replace items for free within the 2 year warranty, except for damage from misuse or unauthorised repair.
