Have one and works flawless! The guys at my DZ where suspicious when they saw the X0 but it's spot on.... I use it with the Brilliant pebbles audible. For the money, it's no nonsense quality

I LOVE the alti. Battery life is ridiculously good. I recommend these to everyone!

Does what it says on the tin. I have a different brand audible that logs my jumps (rarely check the logbook anyway) So this alti was perfect.
Things I like:
- Affordable
- Battery lasts forever
- Easy to read
- Feels robust (can confirm they don't survive being driven over though 😂 on my second unit)
- Button action is positive. Clicks when pressed.
- Things I'd like to see are colour options (most important 😉), a screen backlight option and maybe a usb-c rubber bung to protect the port from moisture.

I've had great luck with the XO so far. I still use an analog for freefall and backup, my brain likes visual references, but the XO has been fantastic for canopy to landing. Brilliant pebble is my next purchase

Couldn't imagine jumping with out either my X0 or Brilliant Pebbles and always recommend then to others. As a camera flyer I need a good audible - Brilliant Pebbles is my preferred option. It is simple to set up, reliable and has ridiculously good battery life. I trust my Pebbles and my X0. They are invaluable to me.

I use both the X0 and the brilliant pebble. I really like them both. The pebble is so easy to use with the phone app and it's great just reaching for a phone to change an alert when others are having to take helmets off.
The XO has a nice big display which I like. No issues at all with reliability or battery life.

I'm a massive fan of AON². I have the X2, Brilliant Pebbles and X0. And when the Obsidian comes out, I'll probably get that too. I've used the X2 and Pebbles together ever since passing my A licence and they're awesome. I bought the X0 as soon as it came out to use as a backup alti, I planned to leave it in my kit bag and use it - just in case I forgot to charge my X2. First time using it, I planned a test jump to wear the X0 and X2 together to see how the X0 performed. As luck would have it, my X2 crashed on the way to altitutde, turning the test into the real deal. I'm happy to say along with my Pebbles, the X0 performed perfectly (definitely better than the X2 on that particular jump). I've never had any other issues with the X2, and I still love it. But after that one time, I now wear the X0 on every jump as a redundancy and I'm thankful for it. People sometimes laugh that I wear 2 alti's. They'd laugh even more if they knew I actually use 4. I've got a visual LED wand now too as I'm taking up speed. To each their own. It's a head game for me and confidence is half the game. You already know looking good is the other half.
🤙🪂🤘
All the AON² products as well as the X0 help give me the full game
🤙🪂🤘

Go Digital.

Change between feet and metres – in an analog altimeter, you’ll have to change the face. For the X0, it’s a single button press.

Readability at low altitudes – it’s much easier to read a digital display at low altitudes than reading a small needle deflection.

The X0 is much smaller and lighter than an analog altimeter and presents a reduced snag risk.

Is an arm mount included in the price?

Yes. One arm mount is included in the box. You can order extra in the Accessories section.

How does it charge?

The X0 has a USB-C charging port. The cable is not included in the box, as it’s just a standard USB-C cable that’s needed. Any USB-C cable will work to charge your X0.

Does it work with polarized sunglasses?

The screen shows some colour bands and shimmering when using polarized sunglasses, but the display is visible.

How did you get the price so low? Should I be worried about reliability?

We reduced the price by not including a lot of features! The X0 will deliver pure, simple altitude awareness.

We haven’t skimped on quality – each X0 is made and tested in our lab in the UK. We’re using our previous experience with altimeters like Brilliant Pebbles and the X2 to identify core functionality and cut away unnecessary features. Fewer features means fewer things that can go wrong.

Finally, we’ve also developed new technologies to lower the cost of making arm mounts.

How many digits does it display?

It displays 3 digits (plus an optional decimal point) in a high-contrast, sunlight readable screen. The numbers are large, clear, and easy to read.

  • Below 1000 (feet or metres) it will display the altitude as 0 to 999.
  • Above 1000 (feet or metres) it will display as 1.00, 1.01, and so on.
  • Above 10000 (feet or metres) it will display as 10.0, 10.1, and so on.

How big are the numbers?

It’s not the size, but how you use it! 😉 While the X0’s numbers are comparable in size to other entry-level altimeters on the market (approximately 12mm high) the numbers are much easier to read because:

  • the screen is very high contrast
  • the high-resolution font we use is easier to read than a seven-segment LCD font.

Does it log your jumps?

No, there is no logging function. X0 is designed to be as simple as possible to use.

Is it waterproof?

No, the X0 is not waterproof.

How do I change between feet and metres?

Simply use a straightened paperclip or the included pin to press the hole labeled ft/m. The unit setting only needs to be done once and the device will remember this until it is changed again.

Does it have a backlight?

No, it does not have a backlight.

Does it have bluetooth?

No, the X0 does not have bluetooth.

Does it have altitude offset?

Yes. You can change the offset in increments of 100 feet (or 30.5 metres) using the rear pin holes.

Does it come in any other colour?

The X0 itself comes only in black. We are working to make different coloured arm mounts available soon!
