Liability

WARNING: Altimeters are aids only, intended for the use of licensed skydivers. Device failure may occur under any circumstance. Skydivers must maintain altitude awareness visually at all times. Your safety is your responsibility: Stay aware!

AON2 Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any service at any time for any reason, with or without prior notice.

Ordering & Payment 

By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information and to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel any order with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, incorrect information, stock issues, or pricing errors.

Your order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance.

Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Your account will be charged once the order is processed.

Order Modifications: Requests to modify an order may be made before dispatch. In this case, contact us at support@aon2.co.uk with your order details. We will refund your order so you can place it again with the modification. We are unable to modify your order for you, as payment is made upfront.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working week. Dispatch may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to staff illness, stock issues, events, and other unforeseen circumstances.

The delivery times provided at checkout are estimated and refer to the time your order will take to reach you after dispatch. Transit may also be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays, political activity, extreme weather, or holiday periods.

Import Duties & Customs Fees: For orders shipped outside the UK, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees. AON2 Ltd. has no control over these charges, and any additional costs must be borne by the customer.

Lost Packages: Once your order has been dispatched, risk passes to you, the customer. AON2 Ltd. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once in transit. In the event of a lost package, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier. Any replacement or refund is at our discretion and may require proof of non-delivery.

Returns & Cancellation

30-Day Returns – No Questions Asked

You may return any product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage except where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Returns of used items MAY be accepted at our discretion.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges wherever applicable. These may be requested via support@aon2.co.uk.

The buyer will be responsible for covering return postage.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund. To cancel, email support@aon2.co.uk with your order details.

After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery. Once the item is returned to us, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Due to system limitations, refunds can only be processed to the original payment method within 90 days of purchase. After this period, we will contact you to agree an alternative method. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account after we process them.

Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which gives you the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Warranty 

All products sold by AON2 Ltd. are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which gives you the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. These rights exist regardless of any warranty we provide.

In addition, AON2 Ltd. warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling;

  • Damage caused by modification or repair by anyone other than AON2 Ltd. or authorised personnel;

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Loss or theft.

Making a warranty claim: Contact us at support@aon2.co.uk with your order details and a thorough description of the defect.

Remediation

If a valid claim is accepted, we will, at our discretion:

    1. Repair the product;

    2. Replace the product;

    3. Refund the purchase price. (See Refunds section)

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.

Repairs & Servicing

If your altimeter requires repair, please contact us at support@aon2.co.uk.

In-Warranty Repairs:

If your product is still within its warranty period, repairs and return shipping (from AON2 back to you) are free of charge.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs:

For repairs outside the warranty period, you are responsible for all shipping costs (to and from AON2), as well as the cost of the repair itself.

Turnaround Time:

Repair times can vary depending on workload, parts availability, and the nature of the fault.

While we aim to complete most repairs within 8–12 weeks, please note that in some cases it may take longer. We will keep you informed if we expect significant delays.

General:

Products must be securely packaged when sent to us. We recommend you use tracked and insured shipping. AON2 Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

Any repairs carried out by third parties not authorised by AON2 Ltd. may void your warranty.
